LEANNE THOMAS

Leanne is a native of the Cowichan and her people were the first to settle the island many millennia ago as a part of the Coast Salish peoples. Her heart was broken when her best friend, Liam, went to private school, leaving her behind.

She is a lifelong athlete, running track and doing gymnastics since she could barely walk. Her father runs the natural health clinic in town and when she's not at school she usually helps him out there.

 

She's happiest outdoors and drags Liam as often as possible out into the amazing natural beauty that is their island, even if that means crossing a fence or flying by a no trespassing sign. Leanne always knows what she wants and does not take no for an answer from anyone.
